After my first treatment, my husband commented, “I think I have my wife back.”

My mission is to use my skills with acupuncture and working with energy, to help people’s physical pain to feel better. I also use my skills to ease people’s deepest suffering; treating emotional hurts, and releasing sadness, anger, fear, and worry, which are a part of the underlying causes of disease and the causes of your deepest suffering.
I help others through acupuncture, energy healing, meditation, and teaching spiritual topics that help us see life in a different way, and bring more conscious awareness to the issue.

What Others Have To Say
- – E.S.
“I knew I was in the right place.”– L.J.
“Thank you Sara. Before acupuncture I used to cry a lot. My moods have been great. I feel like a rational person and I have my sanity back.”– A.M.
“Physically I now feel good, with only minor aches and pains. Mentally something has shifted also. I have started to see a ray of hope and it seems like I have turned a corner. I want to live now. I want to get healthy, where before I didn’t. I am feeling a sense of vitality.”– D.D.
“I had pain in the back of my head down to my shoulder blade. Three to four evenings a week I would sit with a hot pad against my neck to no avail. That pain was alleviated after just one session as well. Also my hot flashes no longer feel like and inferno. Now they are only small flushes that subside in a few seconds instead of a few minutes. I also have irritable bowel syndrome. The evening I met with Sara my stomach was extremely upset. The following day my intestinal system cleaned out. The gas and bloating has subsided and has not returned. Thank you Sara, you are my little miracle worker.”– L.C.
Sara has an extraordinary ability to help others.– A.M.
“Health is a state of physical, mental, and social well- being,
and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Transforming Your Life
PHYSICALLY & EMOTIONALLY
Acupuncture points are centers of energy on the body, proven by PET scans. There are close to 365 acupuncture points on the body. There is very little doubt that acupuncture works to relieve pain; in 1999 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) removed acupuncture needles from its list of “experimental devices” and they were reclassified as approved medical devices.
An example of some of the many benefits of treating an acupuncture point to restore and maintain wellness, is a point called Pericardium–6. This example shows how points treat physically and emotionally. This point, like others, is used in the relief of a number of health discomforts.
